How do I know if my appointment is booked?

As soon as you book your appointment  you will get a conformation (screen shot and save to your phone). You will also get a email notification prior to your scheduled time.

How and when is the best way to contact you?

Text or Call 214-868-4906. Anytime.

Included full name, email, detail message or questions and expected a 24-72 hours response time.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders or services is labor based with customization. Wigs take 7-14 days to create. Due to the nature of wigs being hand crafted, no refunds will be given.

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraudulent activity

How often should I wash my wig or extensions?

Wigs should be washed thoroughly at least 1-2 a month Hydrating shampoo followed by a moisturizing conditioner and left to air dry or under dryer. Book your hair and wig maintenance here(hyperlink)

What is the quality of the hair used for wigs? I source hair from local vendors as well as overseas vendor. (Brazilian/Indian).  Prices and quality varies based on budget. Book a in salon or phone consultation for more details.

How to care for my frontal /closure

Frontals are a piece of lace.  And are an illusion scalp!!!! They are to be treated delicately. Try to stay away from harsh brushing, wearing under hats/caps, working out in wigs and anything that will cause shedding faster.

How long will my wig last?

Custom wigs typically last up to 1 year. If its your wig or daily wear frontal/closure will need to be replace within 3-6 months.

Pre-made wigs last about 3-6 months or 3-5 wears depending on how hair is styled.

Will glue pull out my edges?

Yes there is a possibility, however  with proper application, at home maintenance and correct removal these chances are less likely. Before any adhesive is applied your stylist will consult on best option for your hair texture or hair goals!

 

How long will I be in salon ?

2-5 hours. But let’s be honest much like the airport, delays happen. With that being said please do not book if you have somewhere to be right after appointment unless you talk with your stylist first.

Can I bring my children or friends/significant other?  We are a kid free environment unless being services. If you have an adult to accompany you cool, if there is free space upfront they are welcomed otherwise they will be asked to relax in waiting area.
